The supplier confirms final quantities, availability, any quantity-based discount, shipping and the total price.
Our Portugal-based invoicing wholesaler sends you the confirmed invoice with payment instructions and the order terms, including the refund and claims terms, before you commit to payment.
Full payment against the confirmed invoice is required before fulfilment. Allow two days for order processing after payment confirmation.
The assigned supplier ships directly to you. Transit time depends on the destination and the confirmed shipping arrangement, and official order and product documentation accompanies the shipment.

Prices shown on the website are indicative. Delivery charges depend on the destination and order details, and shipping may be included in some bulk-order quotations. Customs duties and import charges are normally paid by the customer unless the final written order agreement states otherwise.
